While in town with our son Keith, we visited your store yesterday to have his laptop repaired... A/C connector and charger needed replaced. His first few months of school have been extremely busy, so finding time to track a computer repair shop was difficult. We put that task on our schedule for our weekend visit. He was pleased to learn the laptop would be ready on Monday. Keith called us on our way home advising you had already completed the repair. He was estatic - could now work in his room vs. campus library PC for balance of Saturday and today. That is invaluable service and is greatly appreciated. Keith will be sharing your name at school.

I was devastated! I brought my computer in, and in 20 to 25 minutes I was walking back out the door with it! Other shops would have kept it for at least a week! Great service, I'd recommend this shop. This shop knows their stuff when it comes to computers. The techs here are friendly, explain things in non-tech terms and have either fixed all my computer problems or shown me what I need to purchase to work more productively on my machines. I've brought several computers here with satisfaction each time. My favorite tech is Wayne but the others are super too!

The best computer tech I have seen in a long time. I took my computer in to BestOne Computers with a bad harddrive and I knew it was bad. I had extremely important business documents on it and within 2 hours they managed to save all my data off the harddrive and replace the harddrive with a new one. I called multiple computer stores in marietta to see if someone was capable of saving the information from the drive and they all said "probably not". Nathan at BestOne said "Yes I can" and he did. The other computer shops didnt even ask questions about the drive where as Nathan asked questions. I took it in and 2 hours later it was done. i dont know how he did it and dont want to know. I do know that this is the only tech i will entrust my important data to.
